      All hourly service rates are subject to change or adjustment at any time.<\/em> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      *A credit card must be on file before residential remote support can be done. Businesses can choose an invoice billing cycle to fit their fiscal needs.<\/em> Some remote services may be subject to a one time onsite visit and all are subject monthly recurring maintenance fees. Please see the section below.<\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Remote access services require a stable internet connection. Time loss due to network connectivity issues will not be deducted from your final cost. Remote access services will not be rendered nor recommended for resolving network connectivity issues.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        All prices are subject to change with advance notice to existing subscribers. These prices are only maintenance fees, please see the above section for hourly rates.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Servers and appliances are not eligible for standard Business Remote and must be licensed for Business Remote with Endpoint Protection for unattended access and antivirus functionality. Quantity discounts may be available upon request for businesses over 15 machines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          *The diagnosis fee is required for almost all devices entering the shop. The rate is typically 22.50 but may be 45 in cases of especially complex issues or devices. Please contact us if you are unsure whether or not you will be charged a diagnosis fee. Repairs with low success rates may have the diagnosis fee waived.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          **The compulsory cleaning fee is a charge that applies in several different cases. For example, if a computer is brought in with large amounts of tobacco dust, insect remains, or heavy liquid residue it may be subject to compulsory cleaning before being diagnosed or repaired. Any machine with live insects of any kind ARE subject to an increased compulsory cleaning fee or may be rejected entirely.<\/strong> While we do offer cleaning services, please ensure your computer is in reasonable condition.
