There have been three big factors affecting the quality of service we have been able to provide in the recent weeks.
First, I have been sick on and off for the last 2-3 weeks. I believe I am over the hump and things should get better by the end of this week and going into next week.
Second, we have been dealing with unstable electrical service from Georgia Power this month. There have been 2 outages this month which lasted longer than our equipment batteries can last, meaning servers and computers have gone offline. This has also caused some issues with our website and phone systems.
And finally, it’s been hot. Our building was built in 1939 and was not built with air conditioning in mind, to compound on that the previous owners removed the old AC unit and one we installed failed earlier last winter. Combining the high indoor temperatures and my recent sickness, it has not been easy to get work done.
