How’s it Going?

Hello everyone! It has certainly been a while since our last update and I know it’s seemed quiet on the surface, but believe me, we have been busier than ever! We have even taken on our first major business customers. This is an important step to solidify our position in the local market, meaning we are here to stay!

We haven’t yet had an official “grand opening” but that doesn’t mean we’re not open to the public! Due to personal and scheduling reasons we’ve been doing work primarily by appointment, which brings me to our first major improvement!

Online Booking

We now accept appointment bookings completely online!

With our new online portal you can book whenever and wherever you like without having to make time for a phone call or to write an email! The system automatically determines available times based on our hours, other scheduled appointments, and company holidays. It will definitely serve as the most comprehensive source of availability information. Don’t worry, we still do booking over the phone and email so we’ll put your information into the new system for you!

We do ask that business customers please give us a call or an email to book your first appointment. There’s a lot more that goes into managing a business so we want to be able to get as good an idea of your business as we can! Afterwards you can use our business support portal to submit issues and we will schedule for you accordingly!

Pricing Table

That’s not the only update to our website!

We now have a handy pricing table available right on our website! Our pricing is primarily billed by hours required. Our pricing table shows our hourly rates for many of our onsite and in store services! Most in-store jobs are billed for 2-3 hours depending on the complexity of the repair. Most onsite jobs take between 1-2 hours depending on the scope of the issue. Businesses can, of course, expect longer windows depending on the scope.

Virtual Reality Experiences

This finally brings me to our last big change in recent weeks!

We are almost ready to start offering virtual experiences in our store with our new Oculus Rift VR system! This was chosen to open up a new avenue for customers to experience this relatively new technology without having to purchase and set up their own headset. We are planning to offer both short and long experiences or even timed sessions for users to do whatever they want during their time.

While it isn’t available in our online booking quite yet, we are looking to start offering this service as soon as Thursday, December 9th.

We’re looking to begin more continuous operations right after Christmas if not sooner, opening up the possibility for walk in services. But please, don’t hesitate to make an appointment right this second if you need us. We are open and ready!


In The Final Stretch

Hello! I’m writing once again to give another much needed update.

Right now we are very close to our big day. Once again, no definitive dates at this point but we are just finishing things up. Our renovations are at least 98% complete and all we have between us and the public is some finishing touches and a code inspection! We’re also working to have our business appear on Google Maps and we should have a permanent listing by the end of the week!

You may have noticed some big changes to our storefront in the past two weeks since our last update. We finally have our very own logo in the front windows, some curtains to keep it cool when we’re closed, and even some LED lights in the left bay to give a flashy look at night!

In addition to the obvious exterior changes, we’ve been hard at work inside to renovate the old building and usher in the new style that will become our home! This is where I would like to offer the very first public look into our front room! It’s not entirely complete yet, but well beyond presentable.

Getting Closer to Opening

Hey everyone! Today I wanted to give a little update on what’s been going on recently.

We’re slowly but surely reaching the end of our much needed interior renovations! The front room of our office has transformed entirely from what it once was. I can’t share photos of the inside quite yet but I’m excited to show it off at our grand opening-

About that, grand opening! I don’t have a date quite yet, but I’ll post an announcement as soon as I get a definitive time frame. We’ll be having a meet and greet with everyone who’s involved with the company and start taking our first walk in orders. We may even have some special deals for anyone who decides to come visit us on our first day!

Until then, you may have noticed a coming soon banner has appeared in the front window of our office!

We’re finishing off some of the typical signage you might see around a store. That even includes having custom made vinyl wrapping made for the window with our branding! We’ll also be repainting our parking lot markings and moving the parking stops. In addition to this we’ll also be cleaning up the sidewalk and washing the outside of the building.

Even though we’re not open to walk ins yet don’t be shy to give us a call or send us an email! We are ready to serve even if we can’t allow walk ins yet. If you’re not sure how to get in contact with us, all of our contact information can be found right at the top of our home page!
